My goal is to assist patients in feeling more healthy, vibrant, and energetic. As a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, I use a variety of healing modalities to address each patient’s needs individually to regain balance and health. My primary focus in practice has been treating women with various health concerns, such as hormone imbalances, adrenal fatigue, thyroid dysfunction, perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms, PCOS, PMS, and other menstrual and hormone-related concerns.

I grew up in Salem, Massachusetts and currently live in Phoenix, Arizona with my partner, 10 year old son and pups. In my free time I enjoy reading, hiking, spending time in nature or playing outdoors with my son.
