Heather Hirsch is a certified internist and founder of The Collaborative, a concierge practice with an integrative approach to telemedicine designed for women’s midlife needs. She helps women experiencing symptoms of perimenopause through menopause go from feeling confused, symptomatic and stuck with their current doctors to becoming symptom-free, educated and empowered.
Her clinical expertise focuses on the field of women’s health, particularly midlife and menopause, and its intersection with chronic diseases. After completing a fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, she founded The Menopause Clinic at Brigham and Women’s Hospital while serving as faculty at Harvard Medical School. Her fellowship training included an emphasis on scholarly activity, the development of women’s health curriculum, clinical research, and leadership. In 2020, she started educating other clinicians who were passionate about women’s health with her signature method of prescribing hormone therapy and integrating longevity practices for perimenopause and menopause patients. You can now find her and her expertly trained clinician team at The Collaborative, where they’ve reimagined women’s midlife health with an integrative concierge approach.
