Seli Strength is led by HotPause Health fitness advisory, Ashley Selman. She was voted the number one health club in Silicon Valley. Ashley has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Trainers in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Chronicle. Ashley’s team at Evolution boasts over 40 distinguished health and fitness professionals and is the largest private training facility in the Bay Area. She received her Bachelor’s from University of Oregon where she was the Captain of the Women’s Track & Field Team, NCAA Javelin Champion, and four-time All American. She received her Master’s in Sports Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her family.
