Katie Mist is a graduate of the Californian School of Culinary Arts. After working at San Francisco’s Greens restaurant under famed chef Annie Somerville, she co-authored the cookbook, The Little Black Apron: A Single Girl’s Guide to Cooking with Style and Grace. The lifestyle cookbook which included over 100 recipes, the basics of cooking, and the nutritional importance of healthy cooking was featured on Good Morning America, People Magazine, InStyle and Men’s Health.
For nearly 10 years Katie was a personal chef in the San Francisco Bay Area for private clients as well as tech companies in the Silicon Valley. She focuses on women’s dietary and nutritional needs as they transition through midlife and menopause.
