The [M] Factor 2: Before The Pause is a documentary film focusing on perimenopause, the transitional years before menopause, set to premiere in Spring 2026, following the success of the first film, The [M] Factor, which addressed menopause itself.
The new film explores symptoms that can start in a woman’s mid-30s, combining personal stories with medical insights to raise awareness and break the silence around this often-misunderstood stage of life, with upcoming screenings planned globally.
