Our Founder Story
We’re Melissa and Stacey—women in our 40s, mothers of young children, navigating careers, marriages, graying hair, crepey necks… and perimenopause.
After countless conversations supporting each other, we realized something: there was almost no clear, trustworthy support for this stage of life.
So we created HotPause Health — a place to find clarity, credible information, and community. For us. And for you.

We seek to urgently and radically change the midlife and menopause journey. We do not accept the current state of care for women. We will be relentless in our pursuit for change – better education, better healthcare, better research, and better support. WOMEN deserve BETTER.
