Thank you for shopping with HotPause Health! This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the delivery of products purchased through our website, hotpausehealth.com (the “Site”). Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Area
HotPause Health currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. Territories, internationally, or to P.O. boxes at this time. If we expand our shipping areas in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
2. Fulfillment Sources
Products purchased through our Site may be shipped from different fulfillment sources:

HotPause Health Fulfilled: Products shipped directly from HotPause Health’s own inventory or warehouse.

Supplier-Fulfilled Products: Certain products on our Site are sourced from independent Suppliers through Shopify Collective and are shipped directly to you by the respective Supplier. These products may arrive in the Supplier’s branded packaging rather than HotPause Health packaging.
Because products may ship from different locations, items from a single order may arrive in separate shipments on different dates. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
3. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during peak periods (such as holidays and promotional events). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.
Please note that Supplier-Fulfilled Products may have different processing times depending on the Supplier. We make every effort to display accurate estimated processing times on each product page.
4. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options (availability and pricing may vary by order):

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after shipment (where available).

Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders over $75 (standard shipping only).
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping carrier, and other factors outside of our control. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method selected. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website. If your order contains items from multiple fulfillment sources, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Weather events and natural disasters.

Shipping carrier delays or disruptions.

High order volumes during peak seasons or promotional events.

Supplier fulfillment delays for Supplier-Fulfilled Products.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
HotPause Health is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or other third parties. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@hotpausehealth.com and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@hotpausehealth.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping the item or issuing a refund at our discretion.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. HotPause Health is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may be subject to additional shipping charges.
10. Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain health and wellness products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. While we and our Suppliers take reasonable precautions in packaging, we cannot guarantee product integrity during transit in extreme weather conditions. If you receive a product that appears to have been affected by heat or cold during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
