I’m so grateful for this solution. I’ve suffered with chronic UTIs for longer than I can remember. I’ve learned over the years how to deal with them, but as I get in my mid 40s, my usual tricks are not cutting it and it’s sad when the female urologist offers D-mannose and I’ve been using that since 2005. I started goodkitty and follow the directions- 1 every day and 2 with ****, and so far no need for my AZO or antibiotics! I’m really hoping this is finally it for me!

I have used cranberry capsules and D-Mannose capsules for over 15 years for UTI’s. I would still get UTI’s. Good Kitty capsules far outweigh any commercially available product or capsule on the market. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing, even if you are on the fence. And I have this super cute container to store my capsules.

I struggle with chronic UTIs and often have to drink nasty supplements to keep symptoms at bay but these pills come in a lovely reusable gold bottle that I can keep bedside and the vile that holds 2 pills helps me remember to take them when I’m out.

I have suffered from UTI’s brought on by **** since I became sexually active. And after taking antibiotics three times in the last four months despite following all of the prevention rules (pee after ****, stay hydrated, maintain good hygiene down there with just soap and water), I was fed up. I feel lucky to have come across Good Kitty. Since taking it, I have been UTI free and actually want to be intimate with my partner again.

Fingers crossed I’ve been taking these for a few months now and it feels so much better “down there”! It’s still new but I’ll keep taking them since I always get UTI after or during menstruation. I’m perimenopausal and it’s been crazy with the UTI’s and after many failed attempts with other companies, I’m sticking with @goodkittyco! I don't usually post reviews, and I've been waiting almost 6 months to talk about this product because I wanted to be sure of how amazing it is, and it has been in my life! According to doctors, I suffer from interstitial cystitis, but unfortunately, recurrent urinary tract infections were present every month of my life… and not always after sexual intercourse… sometimes I would get anxious just feeling the first symptom and not being sure if it was interstitial cystitis or an infection… only people who live with this know how frustrating and depressing it is… sometimes one thing, sometimes another, sometimes both… the LAST time I bought an antibiotic was in October of last year, 1 week before my first order of Good Kitty… I was suffering and once again thinking about giving up on everything… I just wanted to cry, and this had been going on for years… when I found this “miracle” in my life, it wasn't easy, there was a lot of research until the algorithm delivered this site to me… I wasn't very confident, because I was already very discouraged… but today I can say, I have a decent life again after years, today my urge to cry is out of emotion, what they did in my life, you will never understand in words! After going through a divorce and becoming sexually active again, I was sadly reminded how easily vaginal pH can be disrupted. I've been taking Biome Shield for about a month, and feel like it might be helping. I like the ingredients list; my most recent doctor advised "cranberry pills" and D-Mannose, but was not specific. I feel that the cranberry compounds in this exceed what is in the "regular" cranberry supplements, which have not helped in the past. I think this will be a long process for me but so far this seems like a good product. I do get a bit of heartburn if I am not careful about how I take them (I avoid taking them if I will be laying down, for example).

I love science, doctors, vaccines and antibiotics, BUT after years of cycling through UTI >antibiotics>yeast infection>trigger>UTI over and over again I was desperate. Through a combination of Reddit, podcasts and books I learned that there was evidence to suggest that a cranberry supplement containing 36 mg of soluble PACs could be effective in preventing UTIs. In the two years since I've been using a cranberry supplement with at least 36 mg of soluble PACs, I've gotten one UTI as a result of forgetting to take a capsule after ****. Previously, I was using a prophylactic antibiotic, carefully monitoring what I ate and drank, showering before **** etc and I was still getting 3 to 4 UTIs a year. Finding an effective supplement like the UTI Biome Shield has quite literally been life-changing and I hope this review can help others, who like me, are skeptical of alternative medicine.

I researched long term maintenance for the prevention of UTIs. I have begin a regimen of using this product and so far, so good. I really do not want to rely on antibiotics so I'm really interested in any other option. I'm hopeful. Outside of any other influence, they do provide some nice options to store the capsules. For now, I'm looking toward nothing but success.

I’ve dealt with chronic UTIs for a couple years now. I actually really do feel like this product has helped keep them at bay in addition to any mild discomfort from lingering irritation. So much more effective than just the D Mannose I was taking. My cultures have been consistently clean for quite some time now. Thank you good kitty for keeping my kitty in check :)
