I also really like Cortisol Calming. I usually take it in the morning, since cortisol is naturally higher when we wake up, and it helps me feel more grounded. On a particularly stressful day, I took it in the evening as well and noticed a difference in how I felt.

I’ve been taking for about 2+ months now and I definitely have less urgent snack like I used to. I’m still working on getting rid of post-baby belly pouch so I’m not sure if my weight loss has been attributed to the supplements or simply my diet and exercise.

I deal with high levels of anxiety and stress. Since I’ve been taking this I’m no longer constantly on edge at every little thing! Stress has also had a big impact on my BP and since taking this my BP numbers have been better. I will definitely continue buying this
