I got this item in hopes that it would help me. I was having horrible leg/ hip pain. It did help. I also know it is suggested to give it 3 mos to fully work. I am currently in my third month and for whatever reason, the tops of my hip muscles hurt. But I will try a 4th mo to see if it improves. While in this transition, I am waiting for help with the hot flashes and **** sleep. To be continued. PS Customer services has been helpful due to a billing mixup.

As a 40-something entering perimenopause, I've had lots of 'fun' symptoms. The bloating was painful and frustrating and I tried many things to reduce it. After about 1 - 2 weeks on the Daily Balance, it was gone! Back to my normal self. What I like about this product is that the pills are really easy to swallow. It is two capsules per day how ever is not very rough in the stomach. I do fasting everyday, after i take these I have about 8 more hours to go without food and my stomach hasn’t complained. I do workout everyday too haven’t seen too many changes yet. The only thing is that I had my period a week in with the pills… I experienced more flow than usual however no pain which is interesting.
Ill probably will purchase this once my current batch is gone :)
