Hawaiian Kava (Piper methysticum):
In Pacific Island indigenous cultures, Kava is used to bring peace, relieve anxiety, stress and pain, reduce inflammation, accelerate sleep onset and relax muscles. Amount:

Method of Action:
Hawaiian Kava contains a group of compounds called kavalactones, which are responsible for its soothing and calming effects. Four lactones in Kava have been found to have significant analgesic and anesthetic effects via non-opiate pathways. Kavalactones are structurally similar to the neurotransmitter GABA and act on the GABA-A receptors.

I wasn’t expecting to have a cube that needed to be drawn and quartered. It made a sticky mess and trying to figure out how to store the remaining 3 pieces after cutting and keeping them clean was problematic. I think it would make more sense to have the 1/4 size pieces already wrapped and ready to go. You can increase the amount used-1, 2, 4, etc.-as effectiveness manifests itself. I haven’t seen results, unfortunately.

I chewed one delicious gummy because I found myself too tired to sleep. After a few minutes, I felt back in harmony with my body and drifted off into a peaceful sleep that left me well rested.

I ate the whole gummy and felt a smidge calm- which was nice. I could probably have eaten 2 at a time. A portion (1/2) didn't do a thing for me. I also do not do drugs or drink so it's not that i'm used to substances. I found it to be a but pricey per two for how I could tolerate a whole gummie. maybe 5 for the price or how about 10? two gummies is silly (except for a sample). Due to the price I probably won't purchase again. The taste was the taste... wouldn't deter me from eating again if the price or the number of gummies for the price changed.

I've tried a number of kava products, and this one is my favorite. They're very strong (I take 1/3 of a gummy) and very effective! Instant relaxation. They don't taste great, but I didn't buy them for taste. They do exactly what I wanted them to do! I tried one pack, then instantly ordered a bunch more!
