This actually works. I did not realize it was working till I ran out and started feeling my energy drop early afternoon. It also helps curb the need for coffee. Would recommend for anyone with a busy life and need for productivity.

So, I’ll be honest, I haven’t taken this one regularly. I just wasn’t sure if I needed to take it with food or not. So when I get confused on that, those are the ones that tend to be not as consistent, because it’s hard for me to figure out where to schedule them in.
A little back story: I have a baby right now, so sleep is pretty near nonexistent at the moment. I’ll have a 220mg caffeine energy drink and fall asleep sitting up these days. So the fact that I think this worked at all is pretty huge for me. But I’m also in my “what day is it?!” Phase. So I don’t remember if I took it with food or not.
At any rate, the day I took it I felt more cognizant. And able to stay on top of things. I also didn’t fall asleep after one of those energy drinks. In fact, I don’t believe I had one that day. And I typically have 2-3.
So, in closing, I’m not altogether sure if it was the supplement or that I happened to get sleep the night before, but just in case, this rating stays five stars until I’m sure. Because that was a good day.

Seeing improvement in my overall fatigue during the daytime hours using this product. Still have a toddler with poor sleep habits, so it hasn’t fixed everything, but I am happy with the results so far.

This is one product recommended after my hormone test, which I happily ordered to get back to a normal feeling.
