I have tried numerous products for hot flashes, irritability and brain fog and this by far has helped. Hot flashes have decreased, irritability has greatly diminished, and the brain fog has lessened. I am finishing my second bottle and going to order monthly with good benefits so far. My work is pretty stressful and my anger has greatly diminished. Sexual drive is coming back, which has been in the toilet; luckily my husband is awesome and has been understanding.

I read the reviews that said 2 weeks -- for me it was almost exactly 4 weeks but at 2 weeks I noticed a decrease in the amount of hot flashes. I was having 10 to 20 a day and night and after 2 weeks, it was down to 3 to 5. After 4 weeks -- NONE! Amazing! I'm on the subscription plan now and I feel so much better! And, have recommended this to anyone and everyone!

I was previously taking a tincture, and I didn't notice any change. I would say about 2 to 3 weeks after taking this, I started to notice my mood shift, and libido slowly coming back. I am about six months in and when I forget to take it, I definitely can tell a difference. I'll keep using it!

I started having pre-menopause symptoms in February—horrible night sweats, lack of sleep, etc. I saw my OBG, and he prescribed Veozah because I have a heart condition and cannot take the other options on the market. I received an email from Womaness advertising the me.no.pause option, so I tried it while waiting for my prescription to be approved. It took a full month for the Me.No.Pause pill to work, and suddenly, there were no more night sweats. I can sleep comfortably, stay asleep longer, and feel more energized. It has been a life changer. Ultimately, my insurance did not approve the Veozah, arguing that I was not eligible for it and that they would cover other options. I have been taking my pills daily, and I continue to feel great. Purchased on a whim. Came home and read reviews, took it the next day, on day 1 I only had one hot flash!!! I was having 30-50 a day! It felt constant!!! This supplement is literally AMAZING!!!! I only purchased it because my hot flashes were so bad, it's only been a couple weeks, not even done with first bottle and if I have one hot flash a day forever I can handle that! But most days I have NONE AT ALL!!! Don't wait, BUY THIS!!! Some people say it took a few weeks to work, but not for me, first pill/day1 it worked!!!!!

Does this product solve all menopause-related issues? No. Has is given me measurable relief from hot flashes and sleepless nights? Absolutely. For me, it took about three weeks of daily doses to feel the full effect. And I don't have the anxiety connected to hormone replacement. So far, the cost is worth it.

Today marks the first week of taking Me.No.Pause. January 18, 2023, was the first day I started these supplements. I have to throw that in, because I want everyone, who reads this review, to know that Me.No.Pause. is the better alternative to everything else on the market. Since day one I have felt so energetic, alert, focused, very little to no joint pain and I actually felt like being intimate with my husband. Those days are rare. I haven't felt that since I had a hysterectomy in Sept 2021. And even then I was losing the motivation. I definitely feel a change! I love it! I wish I had known about this sooner. I have also noticed is that my mood is better. However, I am still carrying the feisty attitude. Not me...before menopause. But ever since Perimenopause kicked in I have been more vocal and everything and everyone used to irritate me. Now I say what I feel. I am almost scared of myself that I could say something that could land me in deep trouble. 😆 What i am trying to say is that Me.No.Pause has really helped me just in the last week alone. I feel like I am getting back to feeling like a normal everyday human being. Not depressed, not achy, not moody, And guess what? No fatigue! Ugh. That was the worst part...being tired all the time made me depressed. I haven't felt that all week! ALL WEEK!
I had taken another supplement before with other supplements, and that took away some of the symptoms, but there were so many. And very little change.
I hope more people learn about Me.No.Pause. Menopause is no joke. I wish my mother had told me about it. I would hear older women talk about in brief stories but they never made an effort to really TALK about it. I now talk to my daughter and stress to her that she needs to take care of her herself, eat right, exercise and be well mentally.

I went from having 2-3 hot flashes an hr with heavy sweating to maybe 1-2 a day with no sweating. I started to notice an improvement within the first week of taking this. This is better then could've ever expected so glad I decided to try it!

My perimenopausal journey began 10 years ago and my doc prescribed a low dose estrogen for control. Fast forward to 2021, my symptoms were close to zero so doc recommended I slowly get off the pill. The resulting inferno, nausea, tachycardia, flashes every hour overnight & feelings of dread associated with menopause hit me like a ton of bricks. Me.No.Pause. has taken 2.5 months to diminish my symptoms by 85-90%. Bonus: my skin looks better (glow) and ahem, my husband has gotten lucky a bit more. My only complaint is that this is expensive even with a subscriber rate + shipping. Why aren't loyal subscribers at least given free shipping? It seems the $60 minimum for free shipping should be lowered to $35.

I found out about Womeness in June of this year. I had suffered for years with all the symptoms. Hot flashes, nigh sweats, restless sleep, dry skin, low energy and lack of **** drive. ( my poor husband). My doctor offered to put me on a low- dose of estrogen, but didn't recommend me to be on it more than 1 year. I started taking this product about 3 weeks ago. I was having hot flashes back to back like labor pains...lol. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to notice a difference but WOW!! NO HOT FLASHES AT ALL...COMPLETELY GONE!! I was just going they would be r reduced but they are completely gone.

With supplements, it's obviously hard to tell for sure if they are really helping, but when I take these, I find that my mood is better, my appetite is more under control, I have fewer hot flashes, and after a few months, I even feel my libido improving a bit.

I love this and it does exactly what it says. It really helped me with the hot flashes. Well I suppose I ought to say us, my. husband is really happy about not having to bundle up like he's going Arctic exploring instead of just going to bed.

I have been taking Me. No. Pause for 3.5 months and after 1 month of taking it, I have not had a single hot flash! I have also noticed decreased vaginal dryness. I love that it is only 1 caplet per day as so many other supplements require you to take so many it becomes untenable. I have a family history of breast cancer so I am unable to take hormones and I prefer not to to phytoestrogen supplements either.
I am so thrilled to find a product that is so effective! I will continue taking Me. No. Pause for the foreseeable future!
