How to Use

Melt For You inserts are applicator-free and easy to use. Use one vaginal insert at a time:

Remove from packaging. Then, with a clean finger, gently insert one suppository into the vaginal canal as far as it will comfortably go, ideally before bedtime.

The insert will melt as it hydrates, so a pantyliner can protect clothing and sheets.

Store in a cool, dry place. In a warmer climate? Refrigeration is optional.

Suggested Use: Adults, use one suppository, preferably at night, 2 to 3 days per week for maximum improvement.

Amazing product

As a postmenopausal woman, this is the best insert providing moisture without clumpy discharge. Other inserts rely on existing moisture to dissolve, which is counterproductive. I use a very thin organic cotton liner for 2 days. Yes, I recommend and yes, I will purchase again.
