I am through almost 1/2 a bottle. It has helped with being regular and less bloating. As for weight loss, haven’t noticed anything yet. I’ll keep taking for at least 2 more bottles, which is a total of 3 months. Then determine effectiveness.

I’ve been taking Metabolism Ignite along with Veracity’s probiotic for just over 3 months now. First, I love that this probiotic does not require refrigeration. This makes it easy to take with me while traveling which has been an issue with other brands. After taking for 2 months, I can really tell a difference with my digestion. While I am taking other supplements as well, I also feel it has a positive impact on my overall mood.
