Sanitize your cup before first use and before or after each period. You can do this by boiling your cup, wiping with 70% isopropyl alcohol, or using the Saalt Steamer or Saalt Compact Sanitizer.
During your period, you will want to clean your cup at least once every 12 hours. You can do so by rinsing the cup with cold water (to prevent staining) and then washing the cup with hot water and Saalt Wash or another wash that is mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free, oil-free, and rinses clean with no residue.
Color: Seafoam Green, Size: Regular

I have a lot of fragrance allergies and was bummed when my previous tampons and liners caused a reaction. That led me to trying a menstrual cup for the first time. I tried the Saalt small cup in blue during my last cycle and loved it! Since I have super heavy flow for the first 3 days (changing super+ tampons every 2 hours kinda heavy) I was a bit concerned about longevity and leaks, but the cup definitely delivered! I ordered the regular sized cup in pink so I can keep it in for 12 hours during my work shift without needing to change it. No allergies were set off and no leaks! For me there was a bit of a learning curve, but I figured out the punch-down fold and squatting to insert and remove works best for me. One tip I have is to file your nails down as much as possible- long nails may cause pinching of your vaginal canal as you're removing the cup. I'm so happy to have a solution that doesn't set me off, low cost and easy once you have the hang of it!

It works great! My very first menstural cup and it fits like a glove. I appreciated the little instruction packet as well as the nice baggie it came in. Definitely a purchase I don't regret so far. :)

I have dried a few brands of cup and this one has been the most reliable. Other brands tend to leak but this one is great, even at the gym!

I love my cup and I’m so happy I switched. There’s definitely a learning curve at the beginning but once you get the hang of it it’s great. It’s super convenient because it lasts 12 hours and it’s small enough to travel on the go.

This cup is way too firm and hard to squeeze to take out. And the stem had no grip creating more problems

Silicone is way too firm for a beginner, unfortunately required a trip to the ED and a medical professional to remove. Do not recommend! ☹️

My cervix is too high and it got stuck and was very painful to remove….

It does not fit….
I got the smaller one folded it up like the instructions said but it literally does not fit inside me. Maybe once I’m sexually active it’ll be better… I use super tampons so I assumed it would work. I’m keeping it to use later.

WOW! No leaks, it's super easy to check that it's in the right spot, and it's saved me so much stress and money. I couldn't recommend it enough!

I've bought this cup before, and it lasted me years before the little grip tip broke off. I was definitely removing it wrong that time, but I liked the cup so much that I decided to get a new one. I like the little bag that it comes with, so I can put it in my purse for on the go.

This is the most comfortable period product I have ever used. In particular, it has enabled me to continue fitness training while on my period! I am a runner and this is game changing for me. It stays in place, I promise. Thank goodness for Saalt!!

This menstrual cup is such a game changer for me. I've tried other cups and also discs and they always leak. Not the saalt cup! This is fantastic. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Nothings wrong with the cup. I think it’s just too long for me personally. It HURT, like a SHARP pain and would only kind of stop with a finger breaking the seal. It scared me and I started lowkey freaking out cause u couldn’t get it out. It might’ve went to high and suctioned around my cervix so I think maybe I need a shorter size🧍:female_sign: it was scary and I don’t wanna try it again

Shipping was flawless, customer support beyond flawless!
I just received it today, and still haven't tried it.
The only negative aspect so far is the little bag you keep it in. It's really such poor quality, seethrough and looks like it would rip at first touch. Tbh I would appreciate more care put into it rather than tje beautiful packaging.
Although the cup seems better than my previous one Organicup, their bag was so firm, thick, good quality organic cotton.

I have been using a menstrual cup for the past 10 years and the time has come to change it. I am super happy with my new one from Saalt, works great, no leaks, feels comfortable and I like the colour too :) I would recommend it to everyone, menstrual cup has been a life changer for me.

This product was extremely uncomfortable for me. I tried repositioning many times, trimming the stem, and reading the guides I saw online, to no avail. I'm now $30 poorer. I really wanted this to work but it did not for me.

I’ve been using this cup for about 5 years now, and wonder why I didn’t try it earlier!! Once you learn how to insert and remove it’s quick and easy (Make sure to read the instructions!) I absolutely love it! I sometimes forget I’m on my period! The only con is, I wish they offered darker colours, as over the years it’s become stained, even with rinsing in cold water and using vinegar soaks prior to sterilizing after use, it still has some stains which looks unappealing. But Otherwise it’s wonderful!!!

Great cup, this is the second time I buy it. I lost the first one after 5 years of use and I wanted to replace it immediately. It's super comfortable, soft and easy to clean. I'd definitely recommend it, so much so, I already gifted one to a friend.

Works well. Took a couple times inserting to know how it fits well in my body. Would definitely recommend to others.

Im a former cup user, but fell back into using tampons. And now I cant remember why I went back. I love the convenience, durability, and sustainability of my Saalt cup. If you're in doubt, just do it. Give it a couple times chance because once you get it down, you'll love it too.

This was thing is awesome. I was nervous to try again - I tried the diva cup years ago. I could feel it and it leaked on me a few times. Not with this cup. I suggest following the directions, even if you think you know. Also using a finger to feel around the cup ensures that it’s open and placed correctly - no leaks!!

I have used other cups in the past and after having my baby needed a new one. This had no leaks and was very comfortable from the first use.

the stem attachment on the cup has absolutely no grip. fair warning, this review describes very tmi stuff. every time you want to change it prepare to soak your hands with blood and spend 10 minutes struggling to get it out. Especially when there's overflowing menstrual blood the stem is near impossible to get a grip on. i had to take a paper towel and tug it out that way because it kept slipping out of my fingers, every single time!! the ridges for grip are basically nonexistent. i have used the lena cup in small with a stem for 3 years and never had a problem removing so I'd say I'm pretty used to this type of thing. and if you have nails forget it! i would accidentally hurt myself from trying to tug it out and break the suction at the base. I like silicone cups for their better impact on the environment compared to tampons, plus i font have to spend tons of money of period products. but to get an item that only makes my life harder for almost 40 dollars is very disappointing.

There are cups better than this one. The material is too thick for my comfort, making it hard to use.

I discovered Saalt after my second child when Put a Cup In It recommended the Saalt soft. I loved the soft, but after my third baby, it kept falling out. I took the quiz again, and it recommended the Saalt Cup. I got that, and tried it.
I like that the cup opens so easily. I had fewer leaks with the regular saalt cup than I ever had with the soft soft cup. I've only used it a couple days, but so far, it's working well.
The cons: It's a bit more uncomfortable to get in an out than the soft. But I'm ok with that because it opens so easily. The soft was literally sliding out of my body, so a little discomfort is worth it. I did notice that when I went running, the cup slid down, and I could feel it while running. That was quite unpleasant. I'm not sure if that means I should try a disc or just wear something else for runs. I'm not the most avid runner, so using my period underwear for runs is certainly doable. I'll have to think about it. I'm hopeful that continuing to rehab my pelvic floor post baby will get me back into the more comfortable cup range. Maybe even back into the soft. We shall have to see.

This smaller alternative has been great when I am not having as heavy of a period.
